How could Intellectual Capital be invested? And what is the relationship between the Intellectual Capital and the actualization of the employed managerial leadership processes? The research is concerned with the views of 30 managers working in ANABIB Company for establishment answers regarding the questions above.
After obtaining required statements and doing the convenience statistical processes for variable research. The researchers have come up with a number of conclusions. We note that:
-There is a significant relationship between the Intellectual Capital and the managerial leadership processes.
In addition the researchers have presented a number of suggestions, The most important is that:
- The managers should continuously know the different new technologies and invest them in activities practice.
